No cash alternative to the prize will be offered; the prize is not transferable. How to Enter To enter the Prize Draw, participants must apply for a fuelGenie business account within the qualifying period. The application will then be processed by fuelGenie. Only approved applications will qualify to be entered. Entrants must make at least one fuelGenie fuel transaction within 60 days following the end of the qualifying period. Entrants must fully complete the fuelGenie application found on the fuelGenie website www.fuelGenie.co.uk and have read and confirmed they have understood the fuelGenie and competition T&Cs. We will not accept computer-generated applications or applications from agents, third parties or organised groups. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Information provided by participants in registering for this Prize Draw will be used in compliance with fuelGenie’s privacy policy. Selection of Winners The winner of the prize will be chosen at random from all complete, eligible, properly submitted entries received before the expiry of the Qualifying Period. The Prize Draw will be held on Sat 6th August 2022, and the winner will be contacted within 7 working days by telephone or email. The Prize will be paid into the qualifying fuelGenie business account. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Legal review is excluded. If a prize is declined or unclaimed by a selected winner, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 7 days of first attempting to notify a selected winner, the prize will be forfeited. In such circumstances, fuelGenie reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible entrants.
